And now.... if you have missed the premier at the Renoir - here is your opportunity to see the film elsewhere in the UK - both in and outside of London.....

I am currently researching for a new documentary titled Project Neighbourhood with Oak3films for Mediacorp Okto Channel. It is an 8-part series which features a neighbourhood in each episode, and one of them is Tiong Bahru. The aim of the documentary is to highlight the unique sights and sounds of the estate, for the old timers to reminisce the good old days, and for the younger generation to learn about our colourful heritage and history.
I am glad to have come across your blog and read about many wonderful stories of the estate. I'm just wondering if it is possible to contact some of the long time residents of the place for a little chat about their fond memories of Tiong Bahru?
Thank you for your kind attention. Please do not hesitate to contact me at simin (at) oak3films (dot) com!
